For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products once the packaging has been opened.

If you wish to return an unopened product, please use a trackable shipping method such as DHL, FedEx, or registered mail. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is in its original packaging and condition. Please note that the original shipping costs and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
